1.  Safety is our primary concern.  Jump! reserves the right to altered both set-up location and setup and removal

of the rental at any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment and/or event attendees due to weather issues or an unsafe situation.

2.  A minimum $50 deposit will be required for each rental to save the date. The deposit payment is due when the reservation is placed.

3. For your convenience, we accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, Cash, and Business Checks with prior approval. 

4.  We offer a 24 hour risk-free cancellation policy.  After you’ve placed your order, you have up to 24 hours to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.  Cancellation requests must be made by 11:59 p.m. the day after

the order is placed. Requests must be made over the phone to (678) 590 JUMP or (404) 394-3338, or via email to jumpinflatablesandpartyrentals@gmail.com.  All weather related cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled event to receive a full refund.  

5.  On the day of your event, a signature from an adult with a valid state issued identification will be required on our Equipment Rental Agreement, Release & Assumption of Risk. In addition, the responsible adult will also be asked to review safety instructions and document they have done so. In certain instances, an additional Waiver of Liability may be required for event participants.

6.  Jump! is not responsible for any damage caused by the reasonable requirements for proper set-up and removal of equipment. Renters are recommended to identify and communicate potential complications associated with the delivery, set-up and securing of rides and equipment including underground utilities and irrigation systems.

7.  Jump! recommends that you reserve a suitable alternate indoor location for your event such as a church,

gym or community center.  After setup of the rental, no refunds or rainchecks will be issued due to

environmental and/or weather conditions. 

8.  In accordance with state and local laws, we charge sales tax on all rentals. If your organization is recognized as a tax-exempt organization by the State of Georgia, Jump! must receive a copy of your tax exemption certificate forty-eight (48) hours prior to your event or we must collect sales tax in accordance with state/local laws. 

9. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you book a rental, but will not keep it on file after your event.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. 

10.  Rentals are intended for children 12 years old and under.  Teenagers and adults are prohibited from using the rentals.  Adult supervision required at all times.  No shoes allowed.
